Working with a World-wide brand

3Cs Feature Owner

Working with a large company, beloved the world over, I was the Feature Owner for the Character on the project.

My role was to facilitate the team to develop the Character which featured multiple class archetypes, in a Multiplayer setting.

Beginning with One Pagers and Overviews I worked closely with the Design Director to produce the supporting documentation to sell the vision to the client, bringing them into what we’re trying to achieve.

From that point, I was the Driver for the 3Cs, supplying Designs and feedback to the code team, along with balancing the prototypes and taking them further into production.

Creating new IPs

3Cs Feature Owner

From the initial inception, I was the 3Cs feature owner for a new IP being developed. Working closely with the Design Director and Creative Director to develop a new Character in a multiplayer setting.

Starting with initial prototypes we quickly produced a Character that the team wished to take forward, applauded for its gameplay feel and visual appeal.

I designed and implemented the Camera System being used, bringing in modern camera designs and philosophies to ensure the Camera always framed the action.

Following on from this, we were developing new Playable Characters featuring unique and engaging mechanics new for the genre, focusing on Player Interaction.
